1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our roasted whole pig products, we do not accept returns once the item has been delivered or picked up. All orders are prepared fresh and specifically made to order.

2. Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

• Order Error:
  If we deliver the wrong size or a completely incorrect order.
  
• Product
  Issues: If the product is spoiled upon delivery
  (must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or pick-up, with photo evidence).
  
• Cancellations
  (see below) that meet the cancellation terms.
  

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind after preparation has begun.
  
• Minor variations in flavor, appearance, or presentation (as each pig is hand-prepared and roasted).
  

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to the following timeline:

4. Order Changes

Changes to your order (e.g. size, delivery time) must be requested at least 5 days in advance, and are subject to availability.

5. Customer
Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
  
• Provide accurate delivery details.
  
• Refrigerate or consume the product promptly upon receipt.
